Prefinished engineered hardwood floors are installed using standard flooring nailers or staplers, as well as approved gluedown and floating applications. Natural variations and characteristics within species such as hardness and brittleness can affect installation time or workability and is not considered a manufacture defect.
This flooring is not intended for radiant heat applications. In addition, approved underlayment can be applied under this flooring to meet the needs of customers, building specifiers and condominium associations desiring a quieter and warmer floor.
The factory applied UV cured lnduro aluminum oxide surface on lndusparquet engineered floors and the product is warranted not to wear through or separate from the flooring for 25 years from the date of purchase in residential applications and 5 years in light commercial applications. The hardwood flooring must be used under normal residential or light commercial traffic conditions, and all care and maintenance instructions must be followed for the warranty to be valid.
